Since 1983 in Cremona i share our workshop, looking on the duomo with my wife Sibylle.
I am involved in an ongoing quest on the thin ridge of the paradox; in my life as in my violin making,  here :
Dark and mellow , yet radiating brightly,
Smooth response coupled with resistance,

instruments with their own character , but transparently open to the willing of the performer .
